Terms of Service

Welcome to ZenoStudio. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services

We provide creative engineering services including product videos, bug fixes, and MVP builds. Each project is subject to a separate statement of work or agreement.

2. Payments

Standard payment structure is 50% upfront to commence work, and the remaining 50% upon final delivery of the project. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Revisions

To maintain our high-velocity delivery schedules, our standard packages include up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be billed separately at an hourly or flat rate.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, the intellectual property of the final deliverables is transferred to the client upon full payment of all fees. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
